1.READ BOOKS EVERYDAY.
Yes, books… There many benefits of reading books such as stress reduction, knowledge, vocabulary expansion, memory improvement and many more . If you’re not a fan of reading books its okay, us too. You can read short stories or even news instead!
2.KNOW YOUR PRIORITY.
We only have 24 hours a day and with the amount responsibilities and commitment we tend to have, 24 hours seems to short for us. Hence, instead of focusing getting everything done, start prioritising on what you should focusing on getting done first. In that way, you can get the most important things checked and settled before moving on to the next one.
It is important if you can get to visualise your goals to make yourself believe that it’s possible and achievable to help you bring yourself close to your dreams and goals. It’s that simple!
4.WAKE UP EARLY.
Yeah we know, waking up before the sun probably a challenge and who would want to leave that comfy and cozy bed. However, starting your day early is not only good for your health but also give you more time to work on your things while your neighbour still busy snoring.
As usual, setting our goal could help us have a clearer vision on what you want to achieve at the end of the day. These goals could be anything that you want to achieve everyday, such as start recycling, read a news paper, spend time with your family and many more. In order to achieve bigger things in life, we have to start achieving the little ones first.
6.EAT HEALTHY & WORKOUT REGULARLY.
Yeap, whats the point if working too hard and skipping meals and neglect our health? So you probably want to consider consuming nutritious food, and work out whenever you can! Because, it reduces the risk of you falling sick and it may keep you feel energetic all day.
